Q: Cracked penis head

I do not know why but I have what looks like a
cracked penis head with little read spots.
I am only a teenager and have only got a blowjob.
Does anyone know what this means? I'm really scared.

You gotta see the doctor, he can tell you the best. You can get infected with STD's from blow job.
