I'm a 21-year old male, and have a
question about my low hairline/random
growths of hair I have lived with
throughout my entire life. My hair is
extremely thick (I'm Italian), and I
probably won't be going bald any time soon
in my life. However, I despise my hair
and my hairline as well. It is only about
an inch and a half above my eyebrows, and
two patches of hair that extend down from
the top left and right side of my hair
prevent me from combing it in any way,
shape, or form.
I used to think that it was normal,
until I started getting older and seeing
people with normal hairlines that were
able to spike, part their hair, etc. My
father or anyone else in my family never
had this problem, and I have never seen
nor come into contact with another human
being that has it as well.
To better describe it, if I were to
buzz my head down all the way, I would
reveal two almost fang-resembling patches
of hair coming from the sides of my
hairline, that extend further than the
middle of the hairline. So my main
question is to whether or not it is
something I will outgrow eventually or if
I will have to get these removed by a
laser one day.
I still can't see these going away even
when my hairline does start receding
(which I wish it would), mainly because
they extend out longer than the actual
middle of my hairline. Can anyone who has
seen this or have any knowledge on whether
or not I will outgrow this please help
me?!!? Thanks!

hey, me and my brother have the same
thing. his more thicker than mine, but its
definately "fang-like" patches on the left
and right sides. i find it extremely hard
doing my hair where i have to lift it in
the front. i some how try to adopt styles
that blend in the hair from that side,
usually something where my front bangs are
forward or messy along the forehead. i
used to do the faux hawk but its hard to
work with those fang like patches. it just
seems funny looking and out of place.
i would shave them but its too much
maintenance and and it would start to grow
stubbly. in my case it seems to be
sllooowwwlly receding but maybe its
because i wear a hat often. but i wish i
could find a good style to blend them
in.-
