Q: couldn't ejaculate with handjob

I have a problem, yesterday I received a handjob and I couldn't even climax. I was wondering why that is? I really haven't been sexually active at all in my life (I'm 20 fyi). I masturbated quite frequently for about a decade, could that be why? I need help
