Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your symptoms suggest possibility of pregnancy. Meet your gynecologist for the examination she is suggesting. Get your pregnancy confirmed by doing a blood beta HCG test, as the urine pregnancy tests can show negative results if the pregnancy hormone (HCG) is less in concentration. If you are found to be pregnant, get off from the depo shot.
Take care.
