Could you get an ovary removed because of a cyst 7.5cm on my left ovary and have a tummy tuck done at the same time?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
You can consider getting the ovarian cyst removed at the same surgical procedure if your gynecologist intervenes. Once your gynecologist is done with getting the cyst or ovary removed (as appropriate based on your investigation results), your cosmetic surgeon can proceed with the tummy tuck. Discuss about the possibility with your treating doctor/gynecologist and proceed with further management.
