Could this have got me pregnant? I'm 15 years old

Okay, so I know I'm way too young to be pregnant & I understand my mistake & know that I am very stupid for it. But for those of you who will actually give me advice from experience or something, instead of lecturing me, then I appreciate it, because what's done, is done, I can't change it. Well anyway, last night I stayed at a mate's house & we had sex. The problem is, we didn't use a condom or any form of protection. The sex lasted about an hour & a half & he cummed inside me. But he also kept his penis inside me for about 3 minutes after he did this, don't know why. I don't know whether I was ovulating or on my cycle or not, as I don't track my periods, which I now realize I should, but I do remember finishing my period about 10 days ago. I know it's way too soon to tell if I'm pregnant, as have to wait two weeks for an accurate pregnancy test, but could I possibly be pregnant from this?
