Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The prolonged and heavy bleeding that you describe could be suggestive of possibility of retained products in uterus (incomplete miscarriage). Do not ignore your symptoms. Visit your gynecologist/obstetrician at the earliest and go ahead with getting HCG level test along with a pelvic ultrasound scan done. If retained products are detected, you will need to get D&C (dilatation and curettage) procedure done to clean the uterine cavity and stop the bleeding. Consider getting started on suitable regular contraceptive measures to allow for proper healing and prevent pregnancy for next 3-6 months. It will help in allowing uterus to get healed to be able to support a healthy pregnancy. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating gynecologist/obstetrician and report any unusual/abnormal/new symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
