could this be herpes? yeast infection? something else?

i am pretty dry and irritated down there and i have a lot of chafing. i am also very itchy. i got this thin paper like cut near my vagina. i thought it was from wiping too hard so i ignored it. but the next day i got this bump that was leaking fluid and a couple minutes later it turned into an open cut. it doesnt hurt when i touch it but it hurts when i move or walk.

this is me and my boyfriends first sexual relationship and we have never been with anyone else. he gets cold sores but he has never given me oral sex when he has one. and the last time he gave me oral sex was 3 months ago. we were very cautious and never did anything unprotected. so i dont understand whats going on.

could this be herpes? or could it be something else?
