Q: Could it be HIV ?

Ok, first off, please don't freak out as I'm trying to recover, but I have been bulimic for 4 years now. I know bad things will happen, so I know I have to take that into consideration with throat issues.

Anyway, for a while now I've felt like there's a lining on my throat, in the back. Kind of like, every time I swallow, it might peel off. But it doesn't. It wasn't that sore... until I poked and prodded to see what was going on back there. I saw one of the bumps, one (white and about pea-sized) on my right tonsil and it bled a little bit.

Also, for longer than this has been going on, sometimes little white balls of stuff ( I don't know what) will come up in my saliva. They're about half the size of the balls on push-pins.

And, though I'm not sure if it's related or not, I've been feeling sick lately. Every time I stand up I get light-headed and see spots and the world seems to spin. Even if I have eaten and not purged it. I don't really feel weak, but its almost like I'm blinded for two seconds when I stand up or turn too fast.
My stomach has been upset for days, and I've had terrible headaches that don't go away no matter what I do. I've also been urinating a lot more than normal. And, unlike what I've read on a lot of websites when looking up what this might be, I have an increased appetite. Not so much that I'm hungry, but my stomach never seems to stop growling. I read that all that means is that there's nothing for it to digest, but I could've eaten quite a bit 25 minutes before that, and it'll growl like I haven't fed it all day.

Again, not sure if it's related or not, but, it looks like either one of my tonsils are deflated or the other one is swollen. I'm not sure which is which, but the white bump is on the bigger one.

Please share your ideas as I don't have that much money and don't want to waste the money on a doctor's visit unless I really have to.

The only reason I wander is that I looked up 6 of my symptoms (This link has been removed) and the only matching possible diagnosis was HIV. I've only had sex with two guys, but most of the time (because I guess I'm naive) it was unprotected. I know that one of the guys slept around a LOT so I really don't know about his history... and I guess the other guy did too. And, though I don't know if it's an HIV symptom or not, one of the guy's girlfriends said that a while ago he had a weird rash and he said it hurt. She said it looked like his "manhood" was peeling. So yeah... I'd really like to know.

*edit*
There are a couple things I forgot to mention.
I get weird spasms in my muscles all the time. It could be in my calf, thigh, finger, eye, cheek... all over the place. They last for a while. Sometimes it's like a slow "clench, unclench, clench, unclench" for a couple hours, then it's that constant twitch.
Also, for about a week, my legs have hurt. Usually, it's a pain that feels like it's in the bones. Sometimes its in my arms too. But right now it's in the muscles, and in one of my ankles. It's just this dull ache. I haven't done anything differently, like too much exercise or anything like that, so I don't know.

hey
Well thats quite a story... If you want there are doctors that come onto this site and you can send them your question and ask them what they may think the problem is. Another thing is if you want to you could ask those guys you slept with to get tested as well. Personally these symptoms don't really seem to much like HIV because you cant diagnose HIV on symptoms alone. If you really have been at risk my best suggestion would be to get tested because most HIV clinics do it for free. Just remember it can take up to 6 months to become positive. Also there are many other STD'S out there so don't forget to check those out also.

The little white things are called Tonsil Stones.

Tonsils have little divits in them and food and what not can get collected in them and cause these little white things you're talking about.
I get them...some doctors don't even know what they are.

But they are harmless.

The standing up is just cuz you stand up to fast and the blood rushes to your head,

Just be sure to get up slower.
