could it be fibromyalgia

hi my name is laura and i have found for quite some time now that i get fatigue and acheing muscles mainly in arms ankles back( although that could be linked with back injury) i have also recently found that i get stiff fingers, and wondered if this could be fibromyalgia i have been to my gp but i was fobbed off and am to scared to mention it again. i was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis in december and have discovered that it can be linked with the disease
