Q: Could I possibly be pregnant ??

Well, thing is that a very good friend of mine and I had sex. It's a long story why, but yeah we did. And hmm... I kind of am scared since that day, because we both did have a little alcohol in us and what if the condom ripped? I really have the feeling. I might be overreacting but since about 3 days I'm all dizzy seriously and have food attacks.. please answer am only 15

If you used a condom correctly it is unlikely, but not impossible, you are pregnant.
The only way for sure to know is to take a HPT.

It takes a few weeks for conception to actually be complete, so the things you are feeling are def. not from a pregnancy if its only been a few days. However you could still be pregnant!! but a home pregnancy test would not even pick it up until about 12-15 days after fertilization and maybe not even then. Your best bet is to wait and see if you get you next period, and as long as its a normal period you should be clear. However if it is very light or what they call "spotting" you should take a pregnancy test just to be safe bc "spotting" can occur when the embryo implants on the uterus wall. Good luck, try not to worry too much until you have a reason to!

i was at a doctors and she checked and thank god im NOT pregnant
