I am trying to find out if i have MS Question , i am not sure , but my sister says to check it out . I had a disctectomy in 2003 in the L4/L5 S1 region. I have a protruding lump in that region, which is nothing life threatening as doctors ruled it out, but they didnt say what it was. I have back problems like degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, nerve damage, grade 3 arthritus in my right knee, i have pain in my right arm, and my index and middle finger. My eye droops with the pain Mad . I very often lose grip and drop thing my arm goes weak. I wake in the mornings and my back is in a spasm and i have major problem moving, my legs go lifeless, Mad i have to grab hold of my pajarma leg so i can lift my legs out of bed, after about 2 hours i can walk and move a little more freely glance . I am also forgetful, i cant remember things , this is so frustrating Mad .I sometimes have problems swollowing and i have a tendancy to choke, but when this happens its at anytime not just when i eat, i often wake during the night choking. Occasionaly i get a sharp pain in my head which travels along side of my nose, then i have a sharp pain in my chest through to my back, this happens now and again, i have a glass of ice cold water which takes it away(i think this is so strange). Please Please can someone hep and advise me about this?

I suggest that you schedule an appt with a good neurologist who knows about MS. They can run tests to confirm or rule it out. Be patient as it is not an easy road to travel as there are a few pot holes along the way. However you do need to find out what is causing your issues...
