Let me start with a bit of background first:
I have been sexually active for quiet a long time without birth control
I did use condoms
About two years ago i got back with my boyfreind/now fiancee (we have been together off and on for about 7 years)
I got on birth control when we got back together.
I was on it for 6 months.
Off it now for a year and a half.
And me and my fiancee have been trying for a baby/having unprotected sex for that whole year and a half.

Nothing.

I've had scares. so many in fact that i just totally lost hope that i would ever get pregnant.

My menstrual cycle varies a lot
Sometimes 28 days like a normal menstrual cycle
Sometimes 40
sometimes even 13

However it ALWAYS lasts 7 days no matter what
and i've always been a heavy bleeder

Well in January, i got my period on the 24th
but i only bled until the 26th
and not very heavily
after that i only spotted twice until the 28th
and the spotting was brownish red.

Ive had twinges of nausea off and on
very headachy
and always tired.

My mom keeps asking if im pregnant
she and one of my aunts bled for three months during all their pregnancies.
so its common in our family


However, i dont want to waste any more money on a pregnancy test
if im not going to be pregnant.

Could any of these symptoms say pregnant?
