Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your symptoms (sore and tender breasts, mild cramps, constipation, heartburn, headaches, dizziness, nausea, shorter lighter and delayed periods) are suggestive of possibility of pregnancy. Urine pregnancy tests can show false negative results. Blood HCG levels are accurate in detecting early pregnancy. Visit your gynecologist at the earliest for a thorough examination, blood HCG test and ultrasound scan to confirm/rule out pregnancy. You can try with repeating urine pregnancy test in next 10 days time to see if it turns positive.
Take care.
