Depending on the pill (read the instructions that came with it or look for "Patient Information Leaflet " on the interwebs).

You are normally only protected after the 7th day but there are some exceptions.

If there is any chance, take the morning afte pill. Rather be safe than sorry.

Can you be pregnant if you took the pill after intercourse?

Most pills will protect you for up to 48 hours if you follow the instructions. Read your instruction leaflet to see how it will protect you when you miss one. It normally will say that "you need to take the missed pill within 24 hours, even if that means taking it with the next one. No extra protection is needed"
