Q: could i be pregnant

i feel a bit uneasy and am not sure what to do.
i have a steady relationship and am on the implant but dont use condoms.
the last two days i have been sick only in the morning when i brush my teeth which neva normaly happens.
i have very sore nipples and the stand out all the time now when they didnt before.
my last period was 3 weeks ago.
3 days ago i was standing in my house and all of a sudden i had a really painful shooting pain in my tummy but it wasnt the same as period pain this was worse i had to stop walking as i doubled over in pain.
whats going on?

hello i think best thing you can do is take a pregnancy test and if negative get checked for any uderlying problem.It could be an infection but anything abnormal from your everday routine needs checked out..
