I was on birth control and had unprotected sex at least four times. The next night my doctor told me to stop taking my birth control, not knowing about my unprotected episode. Am I pregnant?

Probably not, it does take some time for sperm to reach the egg, but birth control thins your cirvix causing an egg to not be able to implant. So, chances are, no.

There is a POSSIBILITY even with any birth control even with protection. But as DaisyD said, it is improbable.

Anything is always possible not likely but possible. If you are coming off birth control and you continue to have sex you need to have some kind of contraceptive. Not only are you protecting yourself from any possible unwanted pregnancies you are protecting yourself from STDs.
