hiya..well where do i begin. basically i just started taking B.Control pills only like 3 weeks ago. its the first time ive ever taken them. prior to that i had unprotected sex on a few occassions. i took the emergency contraception on 2 of the occassions but missed it on one. anyways i started feeling nauseous, my breasts were aching, i had only been on the pill for literally 2 weeks i think. i had really bad stomach and thought i might be pregnant. anyways i was told that if u think you might be pregnant stop taking the pill, so i did. i had only missed one pill, and i noticed some brown spotting in my knickers which ive never had before. 2 days later it went red and lumpy. i was also due to start my period at any point. so as u can tell im bit confused! is it my period? is it withdrawel bleeding cos i stopped pill? or is it implantation bleeding? the bleeding is not like my usual period. thats for sure. the pain in my stomach isnt severe but different to what i usually have before i come on. any help would be great!! gonna go docs nxt week anyway. thank u

Never ever stop taking birth control until it is CONFIRMED you are indeed pregnant. The symptoms you were having were from the birth control pills. Stopping mid-pack can cause your body all sorts of issues.

well if u just started pill it takes time to get in ur system. kinda a bad idea to have stopped just like that. so even if u were having sex unprotected could probably been risky if u just started the pill.but the body of a woman is so complicated that we can really never guess our diagnoses. keep me posted on how u come out. hope u get the results u want. good luck!
