You are suppose to test at least a week after your missed period.. If that says no then you should go to the doctors.

Hi,
I have had three children and every time, I knew I was pregnant. The tests CAN be wrong. Best way to tell is to get a test which picks up pregnancy early on and not just the normal tests. These tests are around the same price, but can pick up on pregnancy from the first day of your missed period. I also had a miscarriage and the way I could tell was that the line on the test started to get fainter every time I took it.
My advice is to just go with your instincts and what your body is telling you, thats how I could tell. Get to the doctors ASAP as if you are bleeding and pregnant they may be able to help.
Also remember that it is very common for women to get 'spotting' when their first period during the pregnancy is due, and some women dont realise they are pregnant as they have one period after conception.
Try not to worry unless the bleeding is heavy as if you are pregnant, this will do you and the baby no good!!
Good luck
