Q: Could I be pregnant?

My last period was 11/08/08 I had unprotected sex 11/15/08 and 11/17/08. Is it to soon to tell if im pregnant, I would be so excited. Im starting to cramp as if my period is on its way and I have some (brownish)spotting. If im not then when is the best time to conceive?

The best days for conception - the fertile days on your menstrual period - will depend upon the regularity of your period. If your period is regular, you can plan to be fertile 14 days BEFORE the next period is due. If your period is irregular, you might want to look into buying an ovulation predictor kit.
