Q: could i be pregnant

could i be pregnant? i am on the pill, however was very sick for a day. the next day i had sex without any other protection. i have since had my period about 2 weeks ago and have done a pregnancy test about a week ago which came back negative.
however recently i have been having stomach cramps and backache and migranes which i have never ever had before. yestarday i began to bleed when my period is not due.
