If your period isn't due for another week, these more than likely are not pregnancy symptoms (not caused by pregnancy hormones). It takes 10-14 days after conception for your hormones to be built up enought to trigger a positive pregnancy test. A woman generally ovulates 14 days prior to the first day of her
next period - which would mean you ovulated roughly 7 days ago. Seven days is not enough time for your hormones to build up to cause pregnancy symptoms like sore breasts, frequent urination, tiredness, sickness, etc.
If your period is late, for sure take a test.
