I had a miscarriage 11/25/2011, I had a period on 12/5/2011 and then again on 12/31/11. I figured I would start again around the 31 of this months but still haven't started I was cramping really bad im my stomach and lower back so I thought i was fixing to start but nothing. I took two walgreens test and got a really really thin blue line on 1/30/12 and 01/31/12 . well then I took a clearblue test the next morning 02/01/12 and it was negative. Went and bought a ept digital last night and it was negative. toole on this morning 02/02/2012 and it's negative. I am so confused and stressed. I had my hopes up and now I don't know what to think. Now I'm not really cramping at all. Do you think I could have ovulated later on in the month and its to early or am I maybe still messed up from my miscarriage Sad

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to say if the faint positive urine pregnancy test was due to repeat pregnancy or due to persistence of HCG levels due to last pregnancy. It takes about 1 month or more for HCG levels to come down to pre-pregnancy levels. If you suspect chances of pregnancy, visit your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). If pregnancy gets confirmed, go ahead with getting serial HCG levels estimated. Doubling up of the hormone levels in 48-72 hours will show that pregnancy is going on smoothly. If levels are not adequate, then external hormonal supplements would be considered to be started to help you in preventing miscarriage/threatened abortion. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
