i fill like i am not getting a nough air i am always sleepy i could just fall asleep at anytime.. i just want to fill better

I understand that you are having difficulty breathing and are drowsy. You may want to examine the quality of your sleep through participation in a sleep study (usually housed at hospitals or sleep centers). If both your doctor and a sleep study show no physiological (or medication-related) reason for your symptoms, you may also want to be evaluated by a psychologist to determine if anxiety is affecting your breathing and sleeping issues.
