Cough, chest and abdominal pain? what is this?

I am worried because I worked myself up, in doing internet research and just wanted someone to answer my questions. I have a few symptoms of things, could be related or not at all. At the moment i have a sore throat and cough, my chest feels quite tight and aches (not really coughing anything up). Over the last month i have had abdominal aches and pains. My scalp has become dry and itchy and i scratch it a lot.

I just have no idea, I'm going to see a doctor tomorrow, but right now i'm sitting in bed can't sleep making stories about what i could have. Can anybody help?
