A 79 year old female was diagnosed with viral pneumonia. One week after completing a cortisone regime she became swollen in both her hands and her feet. The swelling is hard, not like an edema. She lives in Austria and shared these symptoms with me. The doctors she has gone to cannot find an answer to her symptoms. She is in geat discomfort when walking. Any ideas???
