Hello,

I am 23 years old, and from time to time, my coronal ridge appears to be red and swollen, and when I pull back my foreskin, often it will not return to its normal position without me pulling it over the coronal ridge.

I am worried about this - I am not sexually present, so what could this be..?

Any help is gratefully received.

Thank you.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Avoid mastutrbation, maintain good hygiene and make measures to keep the foreskin retracted. Good hygiene and abstinence from masturbation will help. COnsider your urologist opinion for other treatment options.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
