Coronal ridge is frequently raised or swollen and red

Hello,

I am 23 years old, and from time to time, my coronal ridge appears to be red and swollen, and when I pull back my foreskin, often it will not return to its normal position without me pulling it over the coronal ridge.

I am worried about this - I am not sexually present, so what could this be..?
