Dear Dr.,

A recent mammagram has shown microcalcifications in my right breast and a core biopsy was recommended. My concern is that after 6-8 samples (1"X 1/16") I'll be lopsided or the shape will somehow be different. I have pretty small breasts and can't fathom how it wouldn't reduce my size. I'm thinking about getting a second opinion. Any opinions or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
