Coral poisoning

We just got back from Cuba a few nights ago. We were scuba diving and my husband scratched up his shin on coral. It seamed fine he washed it with soap and water when we returned to the hotel. That was a week ago now. Last night he broke out in a rash all over his body little red raised rash and where the coral rubbed it's all red and raised. It almost looks like wiggly lines are under his skin where the coral rubbed. What should we do?
