The presence of acne in axila might be caused by inflammation of certain of skin structures due to irritation. The iritation might be due to increased friction in the area, or due to other iritation such as shaving, for example.

Real acne is an inflammation of the sebaceous skin glands. The white spot on the top of the pimple is pus mixed with the sebum (the oily product of the sebaceous skin glands).

You might want to visit a dermatologist for a physical examination in order to confirm that the acne is not actually caused by other inflammation in the vicinity. Application of topical anti-inflammatory creams might be recommended by the dermatologist. Meanwhile, avoiding additional irritation of the skin might be recommended. If shaving is detected as a possible cause, you might want to use depilatory creams instead. Please consult with the dermatologist which product might be most suitable for your skin.
