Current medical status: lower abdominal pains: causes: being turned on (espically if i am not turned of), pentration (made worse if deep), wearing tight clothes on the area, lying completly flat Std tests: negative, Ultrasound (normal and transvaginal), normal
The worsening of the lower abdominal pain is still not an indication to go to emergency service. If your abdomen gets really hard with immense pain, then it might be a sign of chronic abdominal inflammation that became acute. It might be a condition that will need surgery to be solved. Fever is also a bad sign. It would mean that inflammation has occurred and might have already spread from its original position in the body.
Meanwhile, you might try to use a heating pad to reduce the pain or over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs to reduce the possible inflammation.
