Q: Coping with anorgasmia
asked by: DoctorQuestion on January 23rd, 2009
I have been sexually active since I was 15 and have never had an orgasm with a man or women. I am now happily married in a same sex realtionship with my wife and i've never felt so comfortable or loved, however still cannot acheive orgasm. I have tried vibrators, shower head everything you can think of. We have also varied the length of foreplay and have tried endless postions to see if that works and it hasn't. I have very little sensation in my clitoris and inside. However I do get extremely wet and turned on.
It's really starting to get me down.

According to your description you are experiencing anorgasmia (lack of orgasm). Anorgasmia is usually due to inadequate sexual stimulation. In your case, it seems to me that there is plenty of stimulation but still there is no orgasm. Maybe your anorgasmia is due to psychiatric reasons. You may need to consult a sexologist about your problem.
