List of food or medicine allergies: Chocolate; strawberries

There is only one way to prevent allergies for sure: Avoid the known allergens that cause your allergy.
Being allergic to certain allergens might make the organism more susceptible to allergy from new allergens than in other people. This might live in a life-threatening situation even when you think you can not be in touch with any of the problematic allergens. For example, when you go for a picnic you might want to take epipen. It is a device similar to a syringe that contains epinefrin. Epinefrin is a first aid medication in life threatening allergic shocks. You might ask your doctor to explain how to use it.

Please have in mind that when the rush appears, the chances that your body turns allergic to new allergens are increased. So, in those situations you should strictly follow the diet and the other advice recommended by your doctor.
