You would like to know how to control your nervousness and why your head starts hurting anytime you get nervous.

When someone gets nervous, his/her head may start hurting due to the increased blood pressure. The increased blood pressure may cause a rupture of a congenital and usually undiagnosed aneurism, causing brain damage or in certain rare cases brain death. The increased blood pressure may affect the heart tissue by damaging it while forcing the heart to pump harder.

You may consider taking B6 vitamin to calm down. You may also consider seeing your doctor for further advice. You may also see a cardiologist to rule out increased blood pressure.

Please keep in mind that I am trying to provide you with medical information here. I am not able to give you medical advice online. Please contact your doctor or a qualified healthcare provider such as a cardiologist for further advice, diagnosis and treatment option.
