Q: Contracting sinusitis

I have now had 2 bouts of sinusitis, on both occasions I have lost almost a stone in weight in a 10 day period. How do you catch sinusitis and can I catch it to order. e.g. just before I go on holiday. Is it possible to catch it for longer periods so that I lose more weight?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
