Q: Continuous abdominal pain and bloating

hi, im a 20 year old female and for the past few months I'd been experiencing frequent abdominal pain, bloating and inability to pass stool sometimes alternating constipation and diarrhea. I'm constantly trying to figure out why this is happening to me especially does it affects my school tremendously, I don't have any insurance atm thats why I haven't gone to the doctor for check up but I really need to know whats going on with me I am not gonna lie for the past few months this is happening to me I had excessive intake of pepto bismol in order to cure this symptoms. I'm only 20 I don't think and scared to death. I will really appreciate your answer thank u so much.
