Q: continuing vivid auditory hallucinations

For about the past year Ive sporadically experienced quite disturbing voices within my dreams. The voices have all been of people who I spend alot of time with; my best friends and most often - my girlfriend. The voices are extremely coherent, vivid and are heard by myself as clearly as they would when awake. I'll then find myself answering out loud whilst simultaneously waking up. What is being said is usually either threatening, has huge emotional consequences for me or is harrowing.
This problem has only occurred in the last twelve months and happens around once a month. Ive also experienced sleep paralysis at around the same frequency but not at the same time. Any ideas as to whats up?

You meed medication for the auditory hallucinations. You need to see a doctor. I highly recommend risperdal. It will take away the hallucinations. Just be careful not to over take them, because too much of that medication can be very unpleasant. My friend takes 1-2mg of Risperdal and she is doing great with it.
