Hello

I'm a 29 year old male, with a long history of nose and throat problems. Since I was around 21 I've had recurring nasal irritation, which would include a very runny nose and bouts of sneezing, this would usually last for anything from a couple of days to a couple of months.

From around three or four years ago, my throat has become effected, and is very regularly red and swollen, with the tonsils continuously swollen and gradually getting bigger it seems (especially on the right hand (my) side of the throat).

Over the last year or so this has seemed to have gotten much worse, my throat is continuously red and swollen, and it feels as if something is lodged to the side of my throat (the right). I also have a aching feeling under my tongue at the back of the mouth, and sometimes have aching at the top of my mouth where the nose meets the throat and in my top and bottom jawbones around the cheek and neck areas respectively, and the joints of my jawbone. I also do have a little trouble swallowing, but this is not a continuous problem. My jawbone will crack when I eat in the morning in synchronization with my chewing. Many days I also feel very lethargic, with very little energy.

Medical History - I did have strep throat around three years ago, and this was treated for.
I had a serious case of Hep B two years ago in which I was hospitalized for 1 month, though have now fully recovered.

Doctor History - I have seen an endless amount of doctors regarding this problem, some have said it's Rhinitis or a Sinus Infection or an Allergy, but each have failed to treat it successfully and it only feels like it's becoming worse.

I was a light smoker until around 6 months ago, from which time I have started regular exercise (although I did do infrequent exercise beforehand), though it has made no improvement on my condition, and as I said it only seems to becoming worse.

Please if anybody has any ideas or advice I would be most grateful to you.

Thanks
