Q: Continous pain on my lower right abdomen

i have this continous pain on my right lower abdomen. Yesterday, it was a cramping on my entire abdomen. I woke up feeling a bit numb on my right leg. I have also noticed some spotting.
Could i be having some sickness of some sort?
