hi! im a male of 24 years. I have only one kidney by birth and that one is the right one. The size of that kidney is larger than the normal & actual kidney size.

whenever i have to stop the urine (as when im on my way) i feel immense pressure in my right kidney and in my urinary bladder and feel no pain on the other side.

when i go to pee after having pee i feel that some urine is still left and it keeps on coming in the form of drops (not in a flow but they take some seconds to come). And, as if i get out of the bathroom i feel that any of the drops are leaked/come out of the urethra.

what to do ?
whats the exact problem ?
How to medicate this thing ?

thanks all of you

Extremely eHealthy
When urine comes in drops after the urination has finished is known as urine dripping, and in most of the cases is due to urethral obstruction from swollen or enlarged prostate gland, urethral narrowing due to previous urinary infections or narrowing of penile opening.
It is a good idea to get checked for your bladder and kidney, too.
