Q: Continouos pains

I have been having a continuous chest pains that comes and goes,dizzines,very weak,headache,stomache ache...this has been since last year and signs comes and goes,

i have been in hospital severally times,they have tested me alot of disease but what was found latest is that i had a bacteria called h-phylori,was under mediaction for like three weeks,

And since then,its like two months but the problem still re-occurs,the symptoms seems to be like the one of hearth attack,when they tested me last year decemeber,i was told haemoglobin,sugar level,all blood cells,lungs were all normal,the same test was repeated in april and everything was confirmed normal,but infact since yesteday am feeling the same signs,am now wondering what is happening,am a young guy 27years,i have spent alot in hospitals...


Please advice accordingly
