I am feeling really uncomfortable. I have bloating big time on top of not being regular. I've started eating stuff like fiber one cereal to help, but it has not gone back to being regular. Any sugestions?

A diet high in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains is very effective in treating and preventing constipation. Plus, adequate water intake is as crucial as exercise. Try to drink at least 1.5 liters of clean water daily. Also, exercise helps stools move through the intestines. But contact your doctor if constipation occurs frequently or lasts longer than 1 or 2 days.
