I haven't been to the toilet in 6 days now, So i decided to take a small tablet to help get things moving on the box it says take between 1-3 before you go to bed,
So yesterday morning i took just one to see if it would help. Nothing, Before i went to bed last night i took one more. Nothing, Now all i have is this cramping feeling in my belly.
Is there anything else i can do to stop the cramping and make me go?

Extremely eHealthy
Cramping abdominal pain is a symptom of constipation and sign that intestinal wall muscles are contracting hard trying to push further the hard stool.
Since you've found one tablet ineffective, and the manufacturer gives dose range 1 to 3 tablets, it will be good idea to try taking more than one tablet.

Do you use laxatives frequently?
How often do you suffer from constipation?
Do you take food rich in fiber and drink plenty of water daily?
