On Saturaday I had some kind of a bad reaction to what I think was a bad combination of foods and I had abdominal cramping and regular bowel movements and then some diarrhea over 5 hours. No other symptoms and then I was fine. Sunday I took it easy, watched what I ate and had some bowel movements and a little diarrhea. I have been fine except for the fact that Sunday night was the last time I had a bowel movement and I am now concerned.
