I have read other sites concerning my problem, and all are suggesting fiber. Earlier this week I was so stricken with pain, I had trouble getting out of the bathtub. My bowl movements seem to be getting worse, as life goes by. Usually, I have to wait 3-4 days to go poop. And most often, it is only a small amount. After, I feel like I still have to go, but it's not at the spot it needs to be in order for it to leave my body.
Let me tell you that this week alone, I ate a medium pot size of lentils, and drank 2 glasses of metamucil, and than the next day, I went and got liquid magnesium and drank the whole bottle.(since this is something hospitals use on patience to clean them out before surgery, I thought it would do the trick) It has now been 10 days and still no poop? After drinking the magnesium, my stomach sounds like a volcano, and it seems very busy in there. however, I ate 3 meals every day for ten days and pooped maybe a cup or two? That's nothing to write home about. Everyone is always suggesting fruit and vegetables, and I eat these daily. I eat the highest fiber around. Avocado, and lentils rate at 14-19%, whereas an apple or green beans only rates 2-4% in fiber. I drink tons of water, but am uncomfortable because my bladder is small, and I cannot go pee every two minutes, I have classes to attend. If I hold it, Im hurting, and had to write an exam like that already, and it was no fun. I do not know what is wrong, but my poops seem to be only a memory. It does not even feel its at the exit zone, so its not constipation. It hurts above my stomach, yet below my breasts, in that area, so its not the stomach. And why do I always feel hungry? I eat a lot. It feels like I have not eaten in weeks? I am always tired too, and have been getting bad migrains because I cannot poop. What is wrong? I cannot use laxative, mild, or womans, because they make diarrea, and its all day. A squirt here and there. This is not healthy. Any suggestions?
