Hi being suffering from constipation for a while now, been refered to gasto and i asked him was it possible that i could maybe have allergies to certain foods which leads to me being constipation n he said no cz allergies would make you have loose stools, is this correct as i keep reading that its not, however he told me to ignore what ever i had read on the net.

Any advice would be great

Thanx

The only reason doctors bag the internet or anything contrary to what they say is they don't want to look like the fool!
just listen to my story, out of 300 allergen tests i have reacted to 280 of them. I've had constipation & diarhea & had a lot of asthma, cronic fatigue & a host of other issues.
let me tell you now , the first thing you need to do is consume the right amount of water(filtered), for every 20 - 25 kgs(40 - 50 lb) of body weight you need to consume 1 litre of water a day. the other thing is what you are eating is not helping either so learn how to use an alkalizing diet or/and a liver detox diet. the other thing is humour yourself & look up vital functions of salt in the body ( you know Google it) & while you are doing this ponder to yourself why hospitals give iv saline solution to rehydrate us & why is it that the surface of the earth is 70% salt water, thats naturally.I will be surprised if these things won't help you, unless you have a complete blockage, in which case a doctor IS the best option. One other thing an educational site ithyroid.com is a realy good place to learn the importance of mineral balance & function in the body.
Hope this can be of help!
