Constipation and treatment

my bm is not regular. Almost 5 days or 6 days before i get poopooh. My tummy got bigger. I take dulcolax and mutillium so i can release my bm but dulcolax or mutillium doesnt have any effect. I dont want to go to dr for check. I just to treat myself all alone. Do u have any m,edicine so i can release my bm regularly?

You may want to try eating a compote made from blue plums or prunes.
