Over a week ago I began to find it very difficult passing stools and put it down to my first ever bout of constipation. As things have progressed though the situation seems to be getting stranger. I have minimal discomfort (just occasional light nausea) and no pain whatsoever, but my intestines often feel to be full-to-the-brim with water. Even a small amount of pressure places in the abdomen area will trigger a "plunger-like" sound. My wife occasionally gives me abdomonal massages which result in a lot of noice, then me passing a stool that had an extremely foul smell and the consistance of porridge (to put it bluntly). I have searched around on the internet but I'm not really finding much information. I have tried a few natural treatements to try and ease things along, but they don't seem to be making much difference. No massage, no go. Anybody have any ideas?
