Probably at least once a week I get really sick, like the worst stomach cramps in my lower abdomen... Then I get really bad bile movements, its getting worse and worse... It started off solid about a couple of months ago, and now its a watery substance that is almost a bright yellow in color... after about 30 min when I go to the bathroom I am fine again... I don't know if its because that is the only time I move my bile in the week, and it all comes and pushes out at once or what... But it kind of feels like all the food gets backed up in my intestines (like its to small in the one place) and then it tries pushing through all at once and I get the stomach pains, then it just all comes out... Please if anyone can direct me on to where to go I'd greatly appreciate it... Its getting to the point where it feels like it is just getting worse...

i just had the same experience. and it was my fault b/c i wasnt eating any vegetables, fruit, or anything that had fiber in it. i learned my lesson! the next time i go food shopping i m buying all healthy things.
i even have medication for when i have an episode.
so my question to you is are you eating right?
are you drinking enough fluids?
you have to, and so do i. we can get colon cancer for not eating healthy and releasing health biles movements.

Really?
Really? This happened to you too??? I eat pretty healthy, I don't eat any snack foods, no pop or anything, I probably drink close to a gallon of water daily if not more, depending on the activities, perhaps even more... And it doesn't matter on what I eat... I get that sick on a regular basis... I dunno whats wrong... But as I sit and wait the pain just gets worse and worse by each episode... It's at the point of "should I see a doctor??" you know???
