Q: Constipation and pain in testicle

i had a mumphs and that affect my left testis and turned into orchitis two years ago..and docters gave some antibiotic and then it's fine...
and i haven't had sex up to two years and i had sex two weeks ago for a whole one week.. an then i returned ..once i returned problem start showing like,constipation,little bit or light pain in left testis but sometime urine flow normal but sometime like little and stool also....
i m really worried how to get rid of this,does it efect my kidney,uninary bladder or any organs........
